Bayesian filtering screens for junk email based on a profile the program builds of what words appear in legitimate traffic to an address. Bayesian poisoning attempts to defeat that filtering by loading messages with enough "good" words to override the "bad" ones in the filter's classification of the content.

But that one's just scattershot. Even if your world doesn't have natural language processing, a decently-trained filter would catch that.
