[OOC: Hiatus]

I didn't want to spam the OOC community. Just saying I'm going on hiatus. Yeah, again. I'm just not feeling it lately. Sorry, you guys. :(

I'll try to wrap up the RLs I have going, but I can't make any promises. I might be around with Larry for a bit, as I've been feeling him a little more than Phoenix, but that's not a guarantee, either.

One thing: all of my Phoenix comments (and Larry's, as well, to a degree) have felt extremely off lately, so if anyone can see anything I might be doing wrong, please tell me. It could be the thing that's throwing me off. This isn't a 'tell me I'm awesome' request. I would seriously like some hard feedback, anonymous or otherwise.

I'd really appreciate it. ♥

PHOENIX WOULD SPEND TIME WITH HIS BESTEST BEST FRIENDS.

Well, there's been a lot of SRS BSNSS plot going on. But Phoenix isn't always srs bsnss. He's also dust bunny armies, and scary legal books, and ladders. He tends to end up the butt of everyone's joke and grudgingly complains about it as he gets dragged into everything. A bunch of his clients he wasn't even interested in, he just ended up going with the flow.

Because Phoenix is the guy who sits around, scrubs toilets and complains about getting dragged into messes, he needs a wingman to keep him active in things.
One thing that's the same between young Phoenix and HoboPhoenix is he usually seems to come off like he has low-energy until he really gets interested (probably from all those beers. They're bad for you!) Liked the type of guy who'd sit around on his couch with clothes tossed over it and a drink in his hand, and his response to people is like someone rushing in, grabbing his arm and dragging him off that couch.
Sort of like he's idealistic, has big dreams, but is comfortable in his own environment.

Phoenix plays best against a high-energy wingman!

I'd help if I could. :/

Take care, Idgie. Once I finish T&T, I'll try to help, but until then, go out and be cool.

Honestly? I have always thought your Phoenix and Larry were spot-on perfect. I know you've felt like they were slipping, but I haven't seen it. Phoenix is as naive, moralistic, cynical and ordinary as ever. Larry is hilarious and goofy and... well, just Larry. I think you're an excellent mun, and I totally know this isn't what you were looking for but I had to say it~ I have no criticisms, because I can't find anything wrong.

Sometimes, character burnout comes from playing them too much, and not taking time to back away and give your muse a break. A hiatus can help, so take all the time you need and we hope to see you back soon~! ♥
