This has to be the single strangest junk e-mail I've ever gotten.
It's almost poetic.
In related news, I'm finally done catching up with all of my e-mails and voice mails. I never thought it'd take so long to get through two months of backlog, but I guess you don't realize how much stuff you get until it all piles up. At least I don't have to worry about it anymore...
Of the matter of snow here. Both of us have grasped
The mortal architect had brought to life,
My keyhole blows a gale
XV. The International Circumpolar Stations: The Greely Expedition
And beyond, the same sound of bees
A rabbit carcass in its stiffened fur.
And he is swathed in ever-petrified dread;
It's almost poetic.

I don't think that would be constitutional here. I'm almost certain it would be ruled a violation of Article 37.

Probably.
OOC: I dunno, will this work? Togusa's trying to send a small test file. It's the first several paragraphs of an essay by a man called Patrick Sylvestre, entitled "Castro and Guevara."

((OOC: ...I have absolutely no idea. XD; He could always put it on a FTP server and give Phoenix a link? 8D? If not, I'm sure we can just say the community allowed some kind of file transfer. I left his response vague in case you wanted to go a different route.))
underlines are hyperlinks! B|b
Try clicking here for a test file.
If that works and your computer can read it, this is the textbook.
((OOC: gdit what good are you :P Okay, fine, *handwaves it* XD
It's an undergraduate textbook on the Japanese legal system. Togusa stripped it down to plain text, so Feenie's computer should be able to open it.))

((OOC: Gotcha! By the way, I was just reading up on Togusa's canon, and it sounds really interesting. o.O))

((OOC: I think so, but I'm biased. Also, I have a "my god this plot is complicated" tag on his journal for a reason. >_>))
