Is it really self-righteous and arrogant to be unable to look past things you can't agree with? Where do you draw the line when it comes to tolerance?

I don't see why anyone would forgive him. He's a horrible person.

What he did was horrible, but I'm not sure he would have done it if he weren't under the influence of a virus. It doesn't erase what happened, but...

He's done horrible things when he wasn't under any "influence", either.

And I was virused, too. But all I did was clean my apartment.

...I know he has. But so have you, Maraich. You know as well as I do that people can change.

Not to defend him, but I think it's a little different in his case. You can't deny that Zechs has been a positive influence on him, and I think that virus served as a look into what kind of person he might be without that influence. Not to mention the person he thought he was married to doesn't exactly seem to be the most upstanding citizen...

Then I have a question: Would you forgive him so easily if I was the victim of some of his crimes?

...I'm not forgiving him easily.

For me there's no question about this. I'm amazed at the things he can do without so much as being shunned. I get yelled at and threatened for all sorts of disagreements; he kills and worse and people forgive him the next day.

I don't know what you're going to do, but I don't want him around me. And if he's ever around my kids, I'll kill someone.
